Women's Basketball junior captain Olivia DiNucci has been honoroed as this months Student-Athlete of the month after becoming the fastest player in program history to reach 1,000 career points, which she did in the beginning of the month while visiting her hometown of Pittsburg, Penn.
In addition to being a history-maker in Emerson history, DiNucci is currently ranked in the top 10 in overall points and top 20 in points per game in the NCAA.
With her current pace and career 1,093 points, DiNucci will also threaten to top the Emerson Women's Basketball career record of 1,207 set by Molly Zahn this season as well.
