Associate Head Coach Matt Sell said that,
"The results for the women's team were strong. We were able to win comfortably placing four women in the top 10. Everyone had a great race on a tough course where the times are traditionally slow. The men finished in third and put up strong results, they didn't miss second place by much. We are happy with the results as we are coming off a block of difficult training. The team is looking forward to Friday at Franklin Park - a fast course with what should be great conditions."
The Lions return to action on Oct 14th at the Saints Invite hosted by Emmanuel College in Franklin Park.
