Grady joined the Lions squad in the 2011 season which saw her help bring the team to a GNAC Finalist finish as she collected 5-6 overall singles record while powering through a 5-3 record in conference play. In doubles the freshman paired up with captain Gina Veramo to post a 7-6 record on the year while collecting a 6-3 GNAC record.
The writing, literature and publishing major was born on September 23, 1993 in Springfield, Mass. to John and Diane Grady. The second of three, Grady has two siblings, Sean (12) and Kevin (21) At Cathedral High School, Grady was selected to first team all-scholastic and was a Western Mass team finalist in 2009 and 2010. Grady enjoys writing and currently writes for the Berkeley Beacon Sports Department Full name is Alanna Diane Grady.
