The New England Women's And Men's Athletic Conference has named Geoffrey Gray and Jarred Houston Offensive and Defensive Player Of The Week respectively for their games against the Coast Guard Academy Bears and Clark University Cougars over the past week. Gray shared the honor with MIT's AJ Jurko, and Houston took home the honor on his own. Gray totaled 43 points in his first two NEWMAC contests of the season, good for an average of 21.5 points per game. He added an average of 11.5 rebounds per game, averaging a double-double. Houston had an impressive first game in the NEWMAC, scoring 17 points and adding 18 rebounds. His double-double came to the tune of 8-12 from the field with two blocked shots and one assist. Against Clark, he grabbed another 8 rebounds to give him 26 in the two games combined.
