    BOSTON, Mass. - Out with the regular season, on to November postseason play. After dropping a 1-0 decision to No. 6 MIT in its regular season finale, the Emerson women’s soccer team locked up the No. 5 seed in the NEWMAC Tournament and heads off to No. 4 Springfield tonight for the quarterfinal round at 7:00 p.m.

    BOSTON, Mass. - The Emerson women’s soccer team were held scoreless through 90 minutes with the deciding goal being scored by MIT in the 21st minute as the Lions fell 1-0 to the No. 6 Engineers on Saturday afternoon.  Prior to today’s game, women’s soccer coach David Suvak and assistant coaches Colin Connolly and Kayla Capuzzo honored its two seniors, Mallory Hanson and Veronica Alberts, for their four years of hard work with the program.

    WORCESTER, Mass. - Sophomore Grace Cosgrove (Sherman Oaks, Calif.) gave the Emerson women’s soccer team an early 1-0 first half lead that carried midway into the second, but Clark put in the game winning goal at the 104th minute mark as the Lions fell 2-1 in NEWMAC action on Tuesday night.

    BABSON PARK, Mass. - Freshman Cali Bruce (Glen Allen, Va.) tallied the 65th minute equalizer to keep the Emerson women’s soccer team in the game and eventually drew a 1-1 NEWMAC tie out at Babson on Saturday afternoon.
